We believe quality construction requires more than simply completing the visible work. Our approach emphasizes proper preparation, attention to installation details, clear communication, and dependable project management. We also recognize that homeowners shouldn’t have to compromise their vision because a contractor lacks the experience, creativity, or resources to execute it. Through careful planning and our network of skilled professionals, we work to deliver custom solutions that reflect each customer’s goals. Our focus is simple: quality workmanship, honest communication, and complete customer satisfaction.
Missing or curling shingles, granules in the gutters, ceiling stains, and an aging roof are common signs. We conduct an on-site inspection, evaluate the existing conditions, and explain whether a repair or a full replacement is the right solution for your home.
Most residential roof replacements are completed within a few days, depending on the size, pitch, and complexity of the roof, as well as the weather. We’ll discuss the anticipated schedule before work begins.
Proper ventilation helps protect your roof decking and your home from excess heat and moisture. We calculate ventilation requirements based on your attic’s square footage and balance intake and exhaust ventilation, so your roofing system performs the way it should.
Some conditions cannot be fully evaluated until the existing shingles are removed. If we discover damaged decking or other concerns, we’ll explain the issue, discuss the available solutions, and review any changes to the scope or cost before proceeding.
Pressure-treated and cedar decks cost less up front and offer a classic look, but they require regular sealing or staining. Composite decking costs more initially and requires very little maintenance. We’ll price both options and show you samples, so you can make an informed decision.
